CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!

This past year has been a roller coaster of emotion, finances, information, and relationships. I am constantly thinking about how we can serve our community and help our guests feel their best when visiting our salon. The first and foremost is our customer service which is our #1 core value at Lee Graves. I think kindness is a key ingredient for the recipe for success in our customer service quest.

I have been traveling on the airlines recently and, I recognize right away the people that are going out of their way to be kind or just showing their frustrations. I experienced a very angry exchange between a traveler and a flight desk person that caused everyone to look on at the upsetting exchange. I also experienced a very jovial gate person going out of his way to be kind to the passengers, which in response, caused passengers to go out of their way to be kind. What we give out to other people, is exactly what we will get back. I do believe this is the key to finding our way back to the world we want to live in. When our clients coming into the salon have some angst, we want them to feel safe, cared for and loved. This is what we are all seeking. This is the most important thing we need to be focusing on in the service industry. We offer our clients warm chocolate chip cookies and a mimosa or a drink from our robust drink menu. We want everyone to feel happy and relaxed and to help guests feel great in every way possible. It really is a great experience at our salon. Its such a pleasure to be able to give this kindness to our guests and we will continue to do our very best in our customer service and kindness.
